1. Purpose of this policy
This policy explains the categories of data processed by CRM Moonprod, their purposes, their protection, and the choices available to users.
2. Data we process
Depending on enabled modules and your permissions, the CRM may process account and organization information, customers and contacts, commercial documents, financial data and technical logs required for security and service operation.
3. Data from Google APIs
When you choose to connect a Google service, CRM Moonprod accesses only data covered by the permissions shown on Google’s consent screen and necessary for the feature you enabled. The CRM does not request Google access for features that do not need it.
Use
Google data is used only to provide or improve the visible feature you requested in CRM Moonprod. It is not sold, used for targeted advertising, or used to build an advertising profile.
Storage and sharing
When a feature requires Google data to be stored in the CRM, retention is limited to the operational and security needs of that feature. Data is transferred to a service provider only when needed to provide the service, protect the system, comply with law, or when required consent has been obtained.
CRM Moonprod’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Security
CRM Moonprod uses access controls, permissions, business-scope separation and technical measures designed to protect data from unauthorized access, loss and alteration.
5. Retention and deletion
Data is kept as long as necessary for the stated purposes, applicable traceability obligations and service security. Requests for deletion or restriction may be sent to the contact below and are handled subject to legal or accounting retention requirements.
6. Revoke Google access
You can revoke Google permissions granted to CRM Moonprod from your Google Account security settings. Revocation prevents new access under those permissions; data already lawfully retained in the CRM remains subject to the retention and deletion rules above.
